ST. ANN'S NONDENOMINATIONAL SENIORS' RESIDENCE

Since 1963, St. Ann's has set the standard of excellence in Senior housing. Located near Downtown Duluth this extremely well maintained facility offers convenience, comfort and security. Residents appreciate the freedom and satisfaction of independent living along with an abundance of recreational opportunities. Most importantly seniors have more time and energy to enjoy life when they live at St. Ann's.

St. Ann's is a nondenominational facility affiliated by the Catholic Diocese of Duluth. This not for profit facility operates under the direction of a volunteer board of directors who are comprised of local business and community leaders. St. Ann's does not discriminate because of race, color, creed, sex, age, handicap or national origin.

Living Comfortably... the pleasures of home without the chores

There are five floor plans to choose from, ranging from simple apartments to two bedroom suites. Each features independently controlled electric heat and private bath or shower. Residents choose from a variable list of services that best suit their needs.

We plan and prepare delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner feature two entree choices. All meals are served in five beautiful dining areas, each has a view of Lake Superior. We also have our own baker on staff.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located throughout the building and our staff will take care of major housekeeping tasks.

Living without Limits... enjoy time with family and friends

Our days are not structured, giving residents the freedom to plan their own activities. Informal lounge areas are perfect for visiting with friends and family. The social hall is available for large or small family gatherings and private parties. You'll feel confident knowing you can entertain with ease.

Living Independently... independence doesn't mean you're alone

Residents can pursue individual interests and hobbies privately or with others. Our informal gathering areas provide a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for group activities, games and conversation. We also make available a wide variety of recreational, cultural, educational and spiritual activities, including Sunday worship services in our inter-faith chapel.

Living Worry Free... feel safe and secure

The main desk is staffed round the clock with a security guard on duty evenings and nights and weekends. Each apartment bedroom and bathroom is equipped with an intercom system which provides instant communication, if necessary.

Living With Convenience...everything you need is on sight or close by

Without leaving the building you can pick up incidentals and snacks at the "Little Shop," select a free movie from our video library, browse for books and magazines in the library and have your hair and nails done in the newly remodeled beauty shop. You also have easy access to nearby hospitals and medical centers, the Rainbow Senior Citizens Community Center, and many churches. Come and attend a service in our chapel. Regular city bus service is available across the street providing a direct connection to business, civic and cultural centers. A couple activities provided in our facilities is a computer room and a game room.

Residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible with support services available to meet their individual needs.
