At Fountain West Health Center you can taste the difference between us and the rest. Our menu was developed by our full time licensed dietitian to ensure that you receive only the best in taste, quality, and nutritional value. We offer our residents the opportunity to make choices in their daily menu through our waiter / waitress style of dining. We encourage family involvement by offering a guest meal program as well as an area for larger group gatherings.

Since the birth of Fountain West Health Center in 1975 it has been blessed by the fact that it has always had the same ownership and administrator. This combination is very rare in the industry today. With President Mike Colby and Administrator Gary Tiemeyer leading the way, we have successfully gained a well respected relationship with the community.
