ATRIA CAMPANA DEL RIO

Nestled on five choice acres at the base of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountain foothill is the Retirement and Assisted Living community of Atria Campana del Rio. Boasting Spanish style architecture, red tile roofs and soft desert colors, Campana del Rio is truly an oasis in the desert.

The first thing visitors are likely to notice is the level of activity.  Our front lobby, with its bottomless coffeepot and newspapers, is almost always filled with lively conversation.  Then, as you discover our many areas devoted to various interests—such as our wellness center featuring Tai Chi, Aqua Therapy and Stretch Exercises—you'll find many residents taking advantage of the activities.

Our community has marvelous amenities, a beautiful building in a magnificent setting and a full range of services.  Our Assisted Living services are individually designed for residents who need a helping hand with day-to-day activities.  We help them enjoy the ideal combination of support and independence. We also provide Respite Care for short-term needs.

Here are some of the other amenities we offer:

We also have a Life Guidance neighborhood designed according to the guidelines of the Alzheimer's Association.  Here, appetizing meals are served family style, and residents with Alzheimer's disease or other memory impairments have the intensive attention, structured activities and protective safety features they need for the most enriching experience possible.

We invite you to come visit us and experience the comfortable and carefree lifestyle at Atria Campana del Rio.  For more information, please contact us.

Fran Donnellan, Atria Campana del Rio executive director, has been appointed to Arizona's Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers by Arizona Governor Jane Dee Hull. As a licensed administrator, Donnellan was named to the board because of her knowledge of the senior living industry and her reputation for providing exemplary service to the elders of Atria Campana del Rio. In her role, Donnellan provides input to the board when it approves new administrators, examines continuing education classes and reviews other projects that directly affect residents of senior-living facilities.
